MITSUMI ANNOUNCES THE MACINTOSH™ VERSION OF THEIR USB CD-RW DRIVE.

IRVING, TX - July 15, 1999 - Mitsumi Electronics Corp. announced today the introduction of their External USB CR-4802TU Compact Disk Re-writeable drive for the iMac and G3. The Mac community will now be able to economically and easily compile musical or photo collections while the professional Mac user can create winning graphics presentations. The Mac CD-RW drive kit will be introduced at MACWORLD EXPO July 21-23 at the Javits Convention Center in New York. Included with the Mitsumi CR-4802TU External Drive kit is a USB cable and driver, Kodak Digital Science Writeable CD Media, and applications software.

Apple iMac or USB-equipped G3 Macintosh with available USB port, MacOS 8.5 or later and USB version 1.1 or later.
