IRVING, TX ­ February 2, 1999 - Mitsumi Electronics Corp., today released the CR-4802TE Compact Disc Re-Writeable (CD-RW) Kit. The new internal drive combines the performance of 4X write speed (2X re-write), with the functionality of 8X playback, making it the ideal upgrade for both in-home, and professional users.

The CR-4802TE supports Windows ¹95, ¹98, NT, while conforming to International Computer Standards. The ATAPI Enhanced IDE interface provides maximum system adaptability. Photo-CD (Multi-Session), CD-DA, and Track At Once compliance insure full photo and Internet image storage agility. CD, CD-R, or CD-RW media compatible.

KIT INCLUDES

Mitsumi CR-4802TE 5.25" internal CD-RW drive, Kodak CD-R disk, bootable Disc Inspector, IDE flat cable, Cequadrat WinONCD 3.6 and Packet CD software, Triworks Gazo software, and instruction manual.
